What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language you were browsing in, the territory you picked as your favourite (if you picked one), the page you arrived from and that URL's campaign parameters. Nothing else. We don't ask for your name, phone number or payment details.
What we use it for
Only to tell you when Consúltate opens, to decide which territory opens first, and to know which channels bring visitors. We don't profile you, we don't cross your data with third parties, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Two providers, and only for the purposes above: Supabase, which hosts the database, and Brevo, which handles email delivery. Both act as data processors. We never sell or hand your email to anyone else, under any circumstances.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or up to twelve months after launch, whichever comes first. After that it's deleted.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in every email, and you can request access, correction or deletion by writing to our contact address. We reply within thirty days at the latest.
Cookies
We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only preference stored is your language, and it's resolved server-side from your browser's header.
